Refund Policy — All Sales Final

Watson Legacy Group LLC · Effective July 20, 2026 · Last updated July 20, 2026

The short version: all sales of WLG digital products are final. Digital products deliver instant, irrevocable access — once you have access, it cannot be “returned.” Please review product descriptions, previews, and this policy carefully BEFORE purchasing. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Where WLG purchases happen

This website does not process payments. WLG digital products (games, game passes, and subscriptions) are purchased at each product’s own checkout, processed by Whop, our payment processor, and governed by this policy and the product’s posted documents. Marketplace purchases — books on Amazon, audiobooks on Google Play, courses on Stan Store, and event tickets on Eventbrite — are sold through those platforms and governed by those platforms’ own checkout terms and refund policies.

2. All sales final

All purchases of WLG digital products — including one-time purchases, lifetime unlocks, game passes, bundles, and all subscription payments already made — are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in Section 4 or where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription products renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops all future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already processed are not refunded, in whole or in part, including for unused time in a billing period. Cancel through your Whop account (whop.com → Orders/Memberships) or email watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com — cancelling is as simple as signing up.

4. The only exceptions

We will make it right, up to and including a refund where the law requires one, in these situations only:

a. You never received access. Your purchase completed but access/license delivery failed and our support cannot restore it within a reasonable time.

b. Material defect. The product is materially broken — not as described in a way that defeats its core purpose — and we cannot fix it or provide equivalent replacement access.

c. Payment-processing errors. Duplicate charges, unrecognized charges, or processing errors are handled by our payment processor, Whop — contact Whop for payment-layer issues, and us at watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com for everything else.

d. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, as determined under applicable law and card-network rules.

e. Where the law says so. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence. Where such law grants you a remedy, that law controls.

5. EU / EEA / UK — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. For digital content, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery/access begins. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the content, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund by contacting watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com.

6. Australia

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies those guarantees.

7. Physical products

WLG physical products (for example Legacy Water™) are quote-first, made-to-order items. Their sale terms — including proof approval, final-sale timing, and shipping-damage replacement — are stated on your written quote and invoice, which govern those orders.

8. Discretionary courtesy remedies

Separate from anything above, WLG may — entirely at our discretion, as a courtesy and not an obligation — offer replacement access, a fix, an exchange, or store credit toward another WLG product. Offering a courtesy remedy once does not create a right to one in the future.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve legitimate issues fast. Chargebacks inconsistent with delivered access and this agreed policy may result in suspension or termination of access where permitted by law and platform rules — particularly in cases of fraud or abuse — and we will present the full evidence record (this policy, your checkout acknowledgment, and access/delivery logs) through the dispute process.

10. Who the seller is

Watson Legacy Group LLC is the seller of, and support contact for, all WLG products — responsible for the products, their content and delivery, customer support, and this refund policy. Payments are processed through Whop, our payment processor, and may appear on your statement as Whop. Product, access, and refund-policy questions come to us at watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com; payment-layer questions go to Whop per your receipt.
