The short version: this website runs light on purpose. No accounts. No analytics or advertising trackers on the site. We never sell or rent your personal information. The little we do handle is described below — completely.
Hosting logs. The Site is hosted by Vercel. Like virtually all web hosts, Vercel generates standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used for security and keeping the Site running. We do not use these logs to profile you.
Contact form. The contact form composes a message in your own email app — the Site itself does not store or transmit your message. If you choose to send that email, we receive it at watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com and use it only to respond to you.
Waitlists. If you join a product waitlist (for example Legacy Water™ or Evolv™), the email address you submit is used only to notify you about that product and related WLG launch updates. You can unsubscribe anytime by emailing watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com and we will remove you promptly.
Legacy AI. Messages you type to Legacy AI are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the response. We do not store your Legacy AI conversations on our servers, we do not use them for advertising, and they are not connected to any account or identity. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in your messages. Legacy AI is for adults 18+ and is for self-reflection and entertainment only — it is not therapy or professional advice and cannot handle emergencies.
Embedded and linked services. The Site embeds YouTube videos and links out to third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Stan Store, Eventbrite, Instagram, Whop, and others). When you play an embedded video or visit those platforms, they operate under their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies. We don’t control them.
This website’s kids pages are informational and collect no personal information. There are no trackers, analytics, or ads on our kids pages. WLG Kids products are purchased and managed by parents, and each kids product carries its own Kids Privacy & COPPA statement — see Kids Privacy & COPPA. Legacy AI is not part of the kids lane and does not appear on kids pages.
Each WLG game and app publishes its own privacy policy in its product hub, covering exactly what that product does (for example, live multiplayer rooms). For any WLG product, that product’s policy controls. Purchases are processed by Whop under Whop’s own privacy policy.
Emails you send us and waitlist signups are kept only as long as needed for the purpose you sent them — responding to you, or notifying you about the product you signed up for — and to meet legal obligations. Then they are deleted.
You can ask us what we hold about you (usually: nothing, or a single email thread), ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from any list — just email watsonlegacygroup@gmail.com. We honor applicable privacy rights, including those under California and EU/UK law, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising them. Because the Site does not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
The Site is served over HTTPS. We minimize what we collect in the first place — the best protection for data is not holding it.
